When you send the case review form, we receive your name, phone, email and what you write, so a member of the team can call or text you back about your case. We do not sell it. We do not use advertising pixels on this site.

Your mitigation packet checklist stays in your own browser on your own device. It is never sent to us unless you copy it and share it.
